WHAT YOU GET WITH THE STRONG+ PROGRAM
Your training will be customized to suit your individual needs and circumstances. I will take many factors into consideration when planning your program, including: whether you train at home or at the gym, how much time you have to commit to training, any injuries you may have, and what your fitness objectives are.
KALE & BARBELL ACCOUNT
When you sign up you will receive an email with your K&B login information. Access your program through the login page on the K&B website or via the K&B app. In addition to accessing your program, you can take notes, upload progress photos/measurements, chart exercise progress and view video demonstrations of programmed exercises.
WEEKLY EMAIL CHECK-INS
I will be keeping track of your progress through the app and we will also be in constant communication. I will write to you on a weekly basis to check-in with you. This will be your opportunity to share all your thoughts and concerns. I want to know how you’re feeling, whether your program is meeting your expectations and whatever else you want to discuss. This will be your opportunity to share any issues you have or discuss potential program modifications.
20-MINUTE MONTHLY FACE-TO-FACE
Sometimes you just need someone to be there for you. To give you that extra push and keep you on the right track. So every month, we will touch base via Skype or Face-Time to discuss how things are going in person-ish.
It is super important that you are performing exercises properly. You will be asked to take videos of your programmed exercises on a regular basis. These videos can be uploaded to the K&B app or you can post them on Instagram and tag me (your preference).
In addition to your weekly email communication with me, you will receive an in-depth FAQ sheet with training, nutrition and other guidelines. You will also be added to the K&B Facebook private support group.
